Delivery + Returns

We aim to get your beautifully crafted slips to you as swiftly and securely as possible.
Once you place your order, we will process this within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service. Postage costs are calculated at checkout and included in your order summary.
(Please note that the Royal Mail service we use does not guarantee a specific delivery date.)
We currently deliver to Scotland, England and Wales. We hope to be able ship further afield in the future.

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at hello@theslipstudio.co.ukwith your Order Number and return reason and our team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be liable for any return shipping charges.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of open/used slips or any returns after 30 days from delivery.

Once we receive your returned items we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a refund or replacement.

Please get in touch with your order details and we will investigate the delay. If your order has been lost will arrange a refund or resend your goods.

You can return unused slips within 30 days of delivery. In this case of unwanted items the return postage costs cannot be covered, please ensure they are in their original packaging.
